I reached here at 00:15 hrs on 1st Jun 2024. AC was not working/ cooling was not there. Fan was making noise.Bathroom was used n dirty. Bed sheet was dirty with spots.Then they changed the room, that room also AC was not working. Bathroom condition was very dirty.In the night power supply got cut. Then in the hot temperatures remain for 15 minutes. After that they switched on the power. In the morning again power gone . After requesting they switched on after 15 minutes.Bathroom condition was very sad, I couldn’t use the bathroom .Left the hotel early morning.Went somewhere else for getting fresh n bath.Poor service. When we arrived to check in, there was no one at the reception. They didn't even ask for our Aadhaar card. The hotel was completely empty and felt creepy. Late at night, someone kept knocking on our door, which scared us, and we decided to leave the hotel the next day. The room was fine, but the service was terrible. The area is very quiet and eerie. Don't be tempted to stay here just because it's cheap. I don't think it's a safe hotel.

what can I say. worst stay. dont stay here at all. the rooms were not at all up to the mark..mattress was hard sheets were dirty and torn. they provided us room and asked us to wait for 10 minutes to clean the washroom..we waited for an hour still they dint clean the room. service is worst they dont value their customer and dont respond in one go. do not stay here even for free at cost.

This hotel is superb to stay here and all the facilities and services are very good.Food is also good to eat and this hotel is in good location because all the facilities you get. As a couple we don't want to disturbing from others and all the things which is related to us.

place is cool, only issue is its far away from station n connectivity to the main city is not tht good.. no food available in hotel. u have to order it.. room is good n washroom too...

they have not provided basic facilities like slippers, comb, toothpaste, shampoo, soap. also the blanket and doormat were not clean. washroom is also not clean
