Don't book this hotel at any time. I booked Deluxe room but after reaching there they have given a room with not clean,there is no door for bathroom,no TV,No AC remote etc....Never ever go with this room

I have been a regular customer of OYO and for me it was trusted brand all along my business and family trips. But yesterday it was a horrifying experience. I even had contacted the customer care executive related to this, the executive suggested for change of room. To that I told him that other room is also pathetic in condition and I requested for change in hotel. we were forced to stay in a place which was unhygienic, and worse than the worst. it was a horrible experience in my entire travelling life . Pathetic room just like a storehouse change in to room. TV is not working , No lift , narrow stare case , mosquitos filled night , hotelier is very much angry, he is venting on us , wash room felt just like it was never cleaned My request all travellers who visit Kozhikode please avoid this hotel.

Worst experience. I had to pay Rs 200 extra for AC room. No blanket provided. No place to hang your clothes. Bathroom not clean. will not recommend anyone.

It's been a good stay at Delma, the location is perfect for major transportation services. The rooms have been sufficiently spacious. Good lighting in the rooms and responsive staff. The only issue I faced was that of flies in the room.
