I recently stayed at Palm Tree Leaf Hotel during my visit to Munnar, and it was one of the most affordable yet neatly maintained hotels I’ve come across in recent times. The room was clean, tidy, and equipped with excellent storage facilities. The spacious washroom, with hot water at a perfectly set temperature without any delay, was a big plus. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking mountain view from the balcony, which transformed into a magical sight during mornings and nights when covered with fog offering a truly serene experience. The receptionist, Roy, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring all our needs were taken care of with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was simple yet delicious, adding to the overall pleasant stay. This hotel is highly recommended for families, as it is kid-friendly with ample parking space. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Munnar.

AWESOME !!One of the best decision to select this hotel ever. Rooms: Rooms were very spacious, it had a huge balcony. And cheers to the best view ever. It had 24/7 hot water supply. It had no AC but trust me the room was really chill.breakfast: the food was good. we expected a bit more options. Atleast the authentic kerala dish. we had idli, Vada, sambar, chutney, boiled egg and watermelon. Tea/Coffee was also included. parking space was also there. the spot was right infront of a Saree factory. So good for Ladieeeeeessss !!!the ambience and the view from our hotel.

Hotel rooms are very neat, cleaned and maintained. Rooms have an awesome mountain view rooms in ground floor and first floor. Manager will ask for extra charge as say i will upgrade to first floor rooms but there is no such room difference category. Manager is very irritating, dont eat on bed , close the door slowly as we also know that we will not eat on bed. Overall good experience except who stays 24/7 @ reception counter.

Pros- 1. Room was spacious 2. Bed was comfy 3. Breakfast was fine Cons- 1. View was not that beautiful as per reviews. 2. Food was too costly. Rs.50 for a bottle of water is insane. 3.There was leakage from bathroom ceiling when shower was turned ON. 4.Surrounding area is not good 5.Checkout experience was bad as their card swiping machine did not work & we had to wait for 30 mins to get their account info.

A nice place nearby Dreamland fun and adventure park and hot air balloon ride. The host Mr.Roy is a very courteous man. He makes sure that the guests feel at home. They offered a complimentary breakfast and the taste was so good. They even got us tickets for the adventure ride and delivered it to our room at 10% reduced cost. The mountain view from the private balcony was beautiful.

amazing stay, its calm and away from the rush of the munnar town. rooms were delightful, clean. excellent customer support. the restaurant was closed due to covid reason so travelers should buy lunch/dinner from outside thats the only downside, but! its understandable. even though they'll provide us breakfast. at the end im so happy with the experience. totally worth it. :)

location is great, rooms are awesome. But staff behaviour is not good.. we asked for 2 glasses they said they dont have. They came to room to inform us that any stain on bedsheet will be charged separately. Breakfast was ok.. quality wise goof but no such variety.. even tea/coffee is not part of the breakfast.

I stayed here for a night and it is good. Balcony view is awesome and room is also decent. One thing i want to say is food must be improved. Overall it was a good experience. I enjoyed the view from the balcony.

it's a calm and beautiful experience. the view was fantastic. not much traffic around so it was very peaceful. the staff are very friendly. family friendly. limited option on breakfast. loved the stay.
