Terrible Experience – Not Recommended! I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely unclean, with dust and dirt everywhere due to ongoing construction in the building. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable from the start. The hotel staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. They lacked basic courtesy and were unwilling to assist with even simple requests. During checkout, they outright refused to help carry luggage from the 2nd floor to the ground floor, which was highly inconvenient. Basic amenities were also missing—no towels were provided in the room, and the ceiling light in the washroom was missing at the time of check-in, making the stay even more unpleasant. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money. There are definitely better options available—avoid this one!

Worst hotel in the area. Price is high and services are extremely pathetic. U cannot even expect clean toilet and bed. Room size very small and newspaper pasted over glass. Staffs are completely untrained and unprofessional..... in short dere is not one gud thing to be said about d hotel. worst experience wid any hotel so far.

Good location, Exactly opposite to Rishikesh bus stop. Staff was little rude, They have written about welcome drink on arrival but didn't even ask for water and when asked for welcome drinks got a big No by the manager. I would suggest if you can't provide it just remove it.

If u have compulsion to stay near ISBT or Dehradun Rishikesh road then this hotel is okay for short trip.Hotel manager is a very nice person. He can help you lot.Rooms are spacious but cleanliness,food quality and overall service quality is poor.

very sad and unhygienic hotel. only looks good from outside and in pictures. poor bathroom vents with roaches and spiders all around. stinking rooms and lobby. no lift facility. never take a chance unless it's an emergency. thanks

higene level wasn't up to mark.. ie bad linens, washroom and even floor ( so many ants were there ) also food quality was not good... but staff was very supportive, they will guide u for better options.

good hotel at great location. rooms are clean and airy. exactly opposite to ISBT Rishikesh. best for travellers who want to catch early morning buses for kedarnath or other dhams.
