I literally hate this place as neither it is clean not peaceful... had to ask caretaker to clean the washroom as soon as I arrived now the other customer a lady is shouting for the same reason and not letting us sleep the fans and curtains have tons of dust... photos attached . someone is having party and playing sound loudly in the dormatory in the basement.. not stopping even after telling the caretaker.... Worst experience ever.... not recommended at all....

it's in sellar area and smells like fungus growth..... bath room and toilet was not cleaned daily bed was not given me in a fresh condition, when i sat l could feel lot of dust and sand particals .... no water available for drinking no hot water for bath. though geaser was there not in working condition no mirror in the bathroom for shaveing purpose.....

I was in town for a medical visit and this accommodation turned out to be the best choice. Located just short walk from AIIMS it provided the convenience I needed.Room was spacious hygienic and well equipped with modern amenities. The peaceful environment have to me relaxed making my trip stress free.

A great place to stay if you are looking for a budget. The dormantary is basic but clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is bit far from the main tourist area but it close to AIIMS Rishikesh and their are plenty of local shops and restaurant nearby.

The location is unbeatable, it's just a short work or auto rickshaw right to AIIMS which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Being close to the hospital was crucial for me and perfectstayz delivered on that front.
