Hotel prakash palace location is good near to IIT bhu, Sankatmochan temple ,kashi viswanath temple and assi ghat.Hotel staff are good Mr Manas Goswami General Manager of this hotel is very friendly overall hotel is good.we are facing some problems like hot in bathroom not available one day delay in breakfast due to some renovations work done in basement. Overall all staffs are good

Everything was nice except the door couldn't be shut from inside, it had to be shut using chain lock. TV was not working in the beginning but it did later on. Neither iron was provided, nor laundry service is available. Besides this, precautions against COVID was not up to the mark. Shoukd have been given sanitiser and mask.

Great place to stay. Good food and nice rooms. bathrooms should be improved. Supportive staff behavior. somehow staffs should be more decent and polite towards the visitors. waise achhi jagah hai rukne ke liyee.

it's very calamitous to check in bcoz when I reached hotel hotelier says there is no booking you and I have got delay by an hour. . . it's a very bad experience 😏

The services was average. The room and the washroom was clean. The hotel is in the main city therefore very easy to locate. Me and my family had an adequate stay.
