HOTEL PRIME LAND

*strange policy… but the rooms are not cleaned or refilled unless you have informed them at the reception desk. we were not informed of this policy so we found our rooms not cleaned or refilled on our second night. *restaurant staff seemed always distracted or occupied with them selves. *not well trained staff. no courtesy, acknowledgment or welcome when you went into the restaurant. *the restaurant had a tv screen that always had a film on. that’s fine….but the volume was on too…ruining the dining experience. we had to request to turn off volume each time. which was was very reluctantly done, every time. *the dinners were good but each time they forgot the dietary restrictions provided. the buffet breakfasts were very standard and typical. but the food was never hot enough. (how ever the especially ordered omelette or dosas were amazing). *the cloth napkins provided were not washed (a cheap attempt at ‘recycling’ or saving) but creating a very unpleasant start. best they stick to paper.

It was a pleasant stay. Courteous staff. Very delicious food. The rooms are in very good condition and properly maintained. Only thing, no separate private/safe parking space. And because we were traveling by road since 2 days, we needed our car washed which they couldn't arrange.

The Hotel is very good & the Staff too. The food is also good but the service is a bit slow. The Hotel is very neat and clean but the ambience is bad. There is nothing near by. Also since there was concreting work of the Roads going on, there was a lot of dust and Pollution.

Hotel is neat and clean which is what you expect at this price range. The buffet breakfast could have been better for the price, but it was still good. Hotel is far away from tourist attractions. Cleanliness and complimentary breakfast is good
