Due care was taken by the staff to sanitize the luggage and measure body temperature at the entrance. Check in was smooth and contact less as well,staff was very courteous and co operative. Room was nice and the facilities provided are also nice. Had a great experience with Regenta orchid group, highly recommended during this pandemic phase as well. Everything was as expected,smooth and professional. Will highly recommend this hotel

it was wonderful stay. I was not feeling comfortable at the room provided . I request to change room. Mr Hanif has helped me to change the room without asking single question. Food is also good. No complaint at all. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to bharuch.

My experience in hotel regenta was quite good the breakfast and the service were much better than other hotels. The room was very big and was very clean i am totally satisfied with the hotel & its service. Must have a stay in regenta if you are in bharuch
