Worst experience I have ever had.Room without window curtain,TV without any channel(it's like showpiece).I was given a Room which is back side of building and it is close to the road where run a lot of heavy vehicles and vehicles sound comes to room as the room is not sound proof.Hence,I could not sleep properly.My aged parents suffered a lot.Foods cost is very much high and quality is very poor.Hotel located in odd location.Room is having nly one tube light which is not sufficient for a large room.Service is very poor.Only staff behaviour is good.Hotel is ruuning with less manpower.Lastly Room Rent is too much high compared to otger hotels with lot of facilities at reasonable rate.Not satisfied at all.nothing we liked.basically there is nothing to like.

2 no handwash, no proper toiletries provided, very bad staff behavior, ac not functions properly, absolutely no room service ist night they provided ac as room told as ac room. what happen next day morning not explain properly by the hotel staff that the booking is for non ac hence they blocked the ac hence the stay was very much not comfortable and they may not does pest control hence through night we had to bear mosquitoes and other flys

Room is big and spacious. Very neat and clean. Bathroom size is small comparatively room. only 2.5 km from bolpur station and 1.5 km from main market. You have to inform advance for food. Behavior is good. Safe and secured place to stay.

this hotel are not allowed outside food even they are not allowed eating inside of room , so I can't recommend to everyone for make a booking in this perticular property because anybody can't sleep without food at every were
