shower not working, taps were broken even of toilet also, ac just acts like a fan, no basic channels on tv, phone provided for room service is just a show piece...not working at all, unprofessional behavior of the receptionist, bad room service, no bath kit, no towel or bedsheet change, a very bad smell in washroom which couldn't be removed with any kind of room freshner, probably a sewage chamber under the floor and despite all the complaints, they just asked to change my room, and when I checked another room, the issues were there. Still waiting for the resolution as I paid more and I could get a far better room anywhere else in same price.
