Hotel is cost-effective, with all basic amenities such as restaurants, cinema, and bus stand nearby. Response from the management is good. Front-office people are friendly and polite. Taking care of some little things like keeping undamaged jugs, and ensuring that furniture in rooms are in good condition will increase the reputation further. Good luck

For non-AC room: Dirty room, windows were broken, we could not sleep due to mosquitoes. After complaining repeatedly, finally, they change the room to an AC room by cutting off the AC connection which was fine as this was the middle of December, thus we did not require AC. I strongly recommend not to book the non-AC room in Ruby residence.

Very ordinary. This was provided as an alternative due to a booking issue that occurred for no fault of mine. This was supposed to be a **** UPGRADE to the one that I had actually booked and it ended up being a horrible experience overall. The restroom was pathetic in addition to the fact that there was no DELUXE experience.

be careful & don't get misguided by the photos on booking sites & google. it's a very very shady place and *not even worth rs.900/- per night* beware of jerry waiting to enter your room if door, he is roaming around the alley corridor. i didn't see any tom or silvester whom i can ask for help .

very very bad. the room was not clean. Washroom is dirty and service is very very bad. Could not sleep properly any of the nights due to mosquitoes. Even after charging huge amount on per day basis, the services are pathetic. this was my worst experience ever.

Decent hotel in thiruvanmiyur area Bed, TV, ac, bathroom were all good without complaints it is not a luxury and polished one also it is a good and mediocre hotel in prime area near post office, Thiruvanmiyur

Hotel is not maintained properly. Room was not cleaned . Pillow cover and bedsheets were dirty. Bathroom was also dirty. Kindly take some steps to maintain it so customer will find their stay comfortable.

Very bad hotel. There is so many mosquitos and washroom was smelling .small blanket they are providing . No water bottle . I don't want to recommend this property any one.

Mosquitoes issue, insufficient air flow inside the room, low quality fan, Fan airflow was very low. Overall rating is not fit for family stay.
