Hotel Ruchira Deluxe

The Hotel staff was not trained well or was too rude. The staff responsible for Room cleaning was continuously chasing me for room cleaning even when I had told them to clean the room after I check-out. After telling so, the person came to ask atleast 3-4 times. The same person brought some other guest to my room to show the room even when I was there in the room. Overall, Pathetic Experience! The rooms were not at all clean. The tiles in the toilets had come off...The comode, Wash Basin had white stains as well as the mirror had stains. The AC was not working properly.

The reception is too bad and not at all polite, asking pin number of Credit card, as he doesn't want to move his swipe machine, not providing shampoo and asking money for it(what seriously 1rupee shampoo is expensive when you pay ** for a room). Rooms are normal, nothing like value for money, NOT Recommended!!

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. But quality of services and cleanliness didn't justify the charges. Location was good, located near to bus stop. There was dining facility, but I didn't availed it. There was water bottle as complimentary services.

Good Hotel. Very near by to central bus stop. Food quality is that much good. It is need to be improve. Cleanness is very good. No amenities like Swimming pool, Gym, also no buffet breakfast.
