We booked two deluxe rooms for 2 days. We phoned them many times to tell that we will be late on day1, however the numbers given are not reachable. On day1, we went at 10:30 PM to the hotel. It seems they have sold our deluxe rooms to somebody else assuming we might not come. They made us wait for half an hour.They have arranged one deluxe room and one normal room (which is not clean, with insects etc). When we asked that this does not seem to be a deluxe room, they insisted saying it is a deluxe room. Later, we realised that it is a room meant for office boys to take rest as we see some utensils in the cup board. We asked them what are all these. They did not have an answer. We asked them to give another room but they said all rooms are filled and asked us to wait till next day morning for another room. Having no other option, we had to wait till next day morning with not good sleep.Such was the treatment given to the customer, who have already booked. They are trying to fool customers. I would not recommend this hotel

Walkable distance from Kumaradhara River, having a beautiful mountain view from the room. This location is 2 km before the temple. Hotel Entrance has a Sai Baba idol and Shivaji idol, neat and clean rooms with Phenyl smell everywhere. Room view has Mountains. when you open windows for viewing you find not well maintained, dirty corners with dust, flies, insects, honey bees, ants on bed, curtain, floor. 3rd bed on floor was difficult due to flies and dressing table corner. a Mosquito repellent would help and a little more maintenance. om sai ram

hotel is very near to kumaradhara river, so u can enjoy the river with family. I bathed two days in the river. Hotel is quite old building but it is not smelly. Care takers and receptionist are very friendly. Room was cleaned when we were in. No food available. it is only for stay. Lift are there. Power back generators available throughout the day. I felt safe. kumaradhara river was near so we enjoyed a lot in river. Auto stand is 20ft distance so it was easy to travel to the temple and busstand.

The stay was lovely, the outer look and the reception area looks and felt fantastic. Rooms were exceptional for the rates we paid. Just the insects in the night and service of basic amenities like water bottle was not provided in the room. Ultimately while leaving, I had to pay for a bottle of water. Otherwise, truly worth being here in the stay. Strongly recommend this stay.

Receptionist was very rude and not cooperative. We booked a room one month in advance, and informed them 2 days in advance that we are occupying in the morning where as the booking started previous day noon, and requested them to allow just 2 hours of extra stay. The receptionist did not allow. On several other issues also the receptionist never cooperated.

It’s a decent hotel which is at the start of the entrance area to the kukke town and near the river. The stay was peaceful and good, just that - the rooms need to be maintained well, the furniture is quite broken and bit of dust here and there. In case of budget stays, this is one of the good option.

Rooms are very congested there is no king size bed its a queen size bed if we asked hotel people thy had given extra bed on the floor but very less space to put that also and a reception people are very rude we felt really bad not worth for the money what we paid

Lots of pests and insects in the room, since it is around trees and all...could have maintained better.. otherwise it's good. the woman staff at the reception is of bad behaviour. not even receiving customer properly

Hotel looks good and maintenance is also ok but need some more initiative to avoide mosquitoes 🦟 and other flis, also no proper TV and blankets Towels, otherwise it's ok thanks Goinibo..🙏🏻🙋🏻♂️

no photos are taken. the front office executive was extremely nice person and helpful. other staff members are also good. only thing is please change the door mat near bath room.

Stayed for 2days. Inbetween they didn't clean the room. I was stuck in the passenger lift- I'm countinues pressing the alarm -abiut 20min ino one came to check the lift

genuine hotel.you can trust.but it is not worth money. they did not recharge tv even after insisting. but we did not face any negative experience.
