review: sailani lostels - a disappointing stay overall rating: 1/5 our recent stay at sailani lostels was an extremely disappointing experience. despite booking a superior room for three nights, the service provided was far below par. the most significant issue was the lack of adequate staff. a single person was responsible for handling all aspects of the hotel, from reception duties to room cleaning. this resulted in long wait times and a general lack of attention to guests' needs. the room itself also fell short of our expectations. despite numerous complaints, we were unable to enjoy a warm shower, even in the cold weather. additionally, the absence of a night lamp, coupled with frequent power cuts, made for an uncomfortable and disruptive stay. the hotel's management also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and responsiveness. when we raised concerns about the lack of a night lamp, we were given the absurd suggestion of using the bathroom door as a light source. this response was indicative of a complete disregard for our comfort and satisfaction. in conclusion, our stay at sailani lostels was a major letdown. the poor service, inadequate facilities, and unprofessional management made it one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. we would strongly advise potential guests to consider other options.

Beautiful stay , with a resort like garden and remarkable glass cafe by the name Cafe Kalpavriksha . Inhouse cafe serves the best food in Rishikesh. Value for money hostel with the staff members being so gentle and active 24hrs specially Mr. Ritik Katare and Arunim ji where the best host so far in my experience as a Travel freak. The property was easily accessible from the main road and from the laxman jhulla. King size beds and 24hr Hot water helped us out in this chilling winters. Highly recommended.
