Sangamam Residency

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sangamam Residency, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the immaculate cleanliness of the entire establishment. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards upheld by the hotel. The service at Sangamam Residency was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available, attentive, and eager to assist with any request or query. Their efficiency and dedication were truly commendable, making every interaction pleasant and seamless. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the positive attitude of the staff. Each team member I encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in making my experience memorable. I like the service, the hospitality was too good. Though i had booked a non ac room i was offered AC room at the same cost. Also breakfast was provided free which was not in my package. It was my first stay here and will continue to stay here whenever i visit this locality. The view from the window was awesome. Though it was raining heavy and the view was worthful. One disappointment was there was few ants on my bed which i found troubled.

I booked this sangamam residency hotel 3 days prior to my travel. I called the phone no. provided to give them my arrival time, however nobody answered. When I reached the hotel with my family, they said that no room is vacant, and go back. They added that their phones are not working. I had the worst experience on a busy official trip.

It was a really bad experience. When I reach there they denied to gave any room and said that all the rooms are full. I had to wait for 3 hours then they were providing me a room. They need to update the things on time so that we will get any chance to step out of that.
