We had booked a top house and a deluxe room for our family of 8. When we checked in at the hotel around 5pm, we were told the deluxe room was not available and they will give us another top house A/C room. Also, the manager was so rude saying if we don’t agree, we can very well cancel though I mentioned the free cancellation was by noon Also, he said we have to pay for additional beds in each of the the room. I am not sure what to do at that time as we were a group of family with seniors and elders.When asked for a refund for not giving us the deluxe room, he said we can always cancel the reservation and he will not give any refund.Is this what we can expect from the hotel? He was rude saying booking was a bad idea and that’s why he will not give any refund and will charge additional for beds and we should checkout at 11am the next day though the posted time was noon. The manager even said the management changed recently, so we can do whatever we want and will not provide any refunds or even talk to his manager.Overall, a very bad experience on the stay. Coffee and tea were of low quality and taste. we have paid a lot and didn’t get the value for money with this change of rooms at last minute.

It was a very good experience... staying in saral kudil.... Few Kms away from the regular town and that adds more beauty and fun.... Nice garden setup near each individual villa with a pleasant climate and home like food (decent price).. Even they arrange camp fire..(on request), didn't tried swimming pool (due to the weather condition)… But you can spend 1 to 2 hours within their property itself.... Check my attached pics.. Will try once again when we visit Yelagiri again. Place is safe for family.... and also food is home like.... you can customise your requirement.....

A wonderful hideout from hustle bustle day to day life.. quiet and pleasant place to stay.. even good place for corporate meetings as they have conference hall as well.. close to bangalore and chennai.. I decided for a bike ride within 200 kms and thought of exploring this place.. no waste.. peaceful day and night spent with good food and courteous staff.. good place for family as well.. stayed in a hut type AC room and it spacious and clean with all basic fixtures needed.. they have swimming pool to and arrange camp fire on demand.. all for reasonable rate..

It was pleasant being there food was good rooms are so normal but clean they don't provide any soap basic needs roads are not soo good to reach the resort it's biggest problem cleanliness is the best part they maintained very neat Parking is very spacious near by to every room it's very inside the village very far from town staff was polite they help u a lot Prasad bro helped us a lot I am very thankful to him and the manger is also very supportive and helpful.

Room was clean and tidy, lot of greenery which I liked most, food was great. stay was pleasant and serene. swimming pool was clean and neat. staff were polite and courteous. it was nice experience and good place for family to visit. there was campfire 🔥 in the night. on a flip side, kudil I was in had voltage drop issue which caused tiny bit of discomfort while using water heater. overall experience is good and I would recommend and visit this kudil again.

the first preference for me was Wi-Fi and keeping this in mind, i had cancelled my booking in 4star Sterling resort and got this Saral kudil booked seeing it had Wi-Fi and swimming pool both among lush green surrounding.. but immediate after i entered the reception, am given the shock tat since 2 years they don't have Wi-Fi.. mean my work from Remote remains failed.

location of resort is very good. you will get a good view from room also. Hotel staff behavior was also good and cooperative. Cons: water in swimming pool was not clean and few basic things which we expect in a resort like complementary water bottles, electric kettle was missing. you won't get much options to eat in restaurant. overall it was a good stay.

Room ll be comfortable only for two members.My checkin time was 12 but i went at evg 4:45 untill my room was not ready got my room clean at 5.food was gud great drawback was no water we should get waterbottle from them which is more than MRP price...far from town road was not gud... overall room 4 clean 4 food 4.5 worth for money...

The stay was far from main centre and it is too good to be away from. Full of greens around. Swimming pool was not maintained enough. The food was too good at a better price. Caretaker was responsive. Lot of huts with breathtaking views. Overall a good stay. But the road to the stay is not that good for beginners.

A nice getaway. A secluded resort with privacy and easily one of the best in Yelagiri. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life and this resort is closer to the wild. Staycation mainly. Enjoyed Swimming and you can do a bit of trekking as well. Theres a lot of places nearby where you can trek.

Awesome stay experience 💖 It's little inside place from yelagiri main and road to this property are raw roads but best scenic experience we had with little drizzles of rain. Rooms are cozy and they have all essentials(restaurant, swimming pool,small shop,parking,etc) within the property.

this is my 3rd time stay in this place. it will be awesome stay people are very supportive .swimming in the afternoon( mix of hot and cold weather) wil give you superb experience. food is awesome. location is easily accessible by car. public transport is less.

The entire property is well maintained and more rooms they are adding, construction is going on. Management can improve on room service, its very difficult to climb up and down everytime we need something from restaurant or inside shop.

very interior from main area. not recommended for people not coming in own transport. room is not worth for the amount and restaurant is very below average. staffs are not welcoming. no food options outside the hotel.
