Hotel has infrastructural issues especially plug points of standard rooms. You just cannot plug in your charger without using pen or pencil to adjust that plastic lid in the plug. Washrooms have broken pipes, defective geyser connections and loosely fit door handles. All this is in Standard room. The delux rooms are far better maintained. No such issues were there in Delux Rooms. Food is good and service is quick. Hotel staff is proactive and courteous. There was no provision of card payments or wallet payments. Only cash is accepted. Vodafone and Idea connections do not work in that area. Hotel Wifi cannot be relied upon. Do carry a spare Jio Sim or a BSNL connection.

Considering attitudinal infrastructural constraints, I would still recommend people to stay in this hotel. I agree, they have little infrastructural problem but they can be acceptable because the Hotel is at situated at height and the environment conditions do not support too much luxury. Despite this, their hospitality is awesome. The manager named SHABBIR is very helpful and nice person. He genuinely helped us when we were in trouble. He motivated and supported us and made us feel safe. Therefore, I strongly recommend the stay in this hotel.

the hotel rooms r not maintained properly.....there were ants n spiders on the floors....no power back up is der as when we stayed der we faced the issue of electricity cut n we had to checkout early morning ...but from hotel nor were we given any candles or torch .....we managed all by our own.... no fans in the hotel is also a big problem. overall it was an OK stay....

Nice hotel locate on Dalhousie - Khajjiar Road. As the hotel is little away from the (congested) Mall Road you need to have your hired/owned vehicle. Rooms are very spacious with all necessary amenities. You will find necessary items and food options nearby to hotel. Scenic beauty of Himalayas from the hotel and nearby areas.Overall budget hotel with value for money.

Booked this hotel through ****. Nice location around 5 kms away from the city center. Good size rooms. Okay cleanliness. The manager here was very rude when asked for an extra blanket for the driver who was sleeping in the car outside. Also he asked us not to check in before 12 as we reached dalhousie around 11:30. Other staff was nice though.

Booked from goibibo for our Honeymoon trip. Hotel made a very good surprise for us. Clean linen and nicely made room was allotted. View from our room was ice on the cake. Hotel is 10 mins of beautiful scenic drive from mall road and is situated on a great location. Special thanks to Mr. Sahil and Satyam team for making our trip memorable.

The location is awesome! Nice and cozy rooms with all the amenities, the surprise here was that the cable had almost 100 channels broadcasted in the 42" led tv that too in up those hills.. Commendable! Muat stay if ur with ur frnds.. Location is away from all the hassle, all in all a nice place to spend a night.. Not more than that.

Good arrangements done by hotel team for my son's first birthday. Room size, food quality, and services are really amazing.Manager Mr. Sahil, took a great care of our stay.I will highly recommend Satyam hotel if you want a pleasant stay away from the city Chaos.

Stayed in hotel for two days... Very prompt services and good behaviour of the employees. Room were clean and food was also good... Value for the money... Improvement areas generator and lift not there but still it's good place to stay...

nicely located on main road to khajiyaar..so no problem of parking...large room...on 2 nd and third floor...very nice. food quality..and taste..very good service ..very nice room interior..clean and nice bed..

7km far from Dalhousie... food quality is not gd,lift not available, electric cattel not available, my room bathroom was not ok but after reporting to manager it was repaired..
