the hotel did not allow us to stay.. as they said that they have not got any booking we were made to waste almost 1.5 hrs until the next booking was arrangedit is owners responsibility to ensure that their bookings are confirmed beforehand with the property owners as wellso that such last minute hassles to the customer can be avoided

The hotel was not worth the money we paid for it. It was more like a Dharamshala converted into a hotel. The washrooms and buckets were dirty. The bed sheet and blanket smelt bad. there was no phone extension in the room. For every thing you need to go to reception and tell them in person.

I will give rating 1 to hotel Shakti. I was my worst experience to stay in Shakti hotel. Hotel room was in worse condition. There are lots of mosquitoes in room. They don't provide drinking water facility.

The service is A1. they were so supportive as I had a 1 year old baby..Arranged everything I needed for my baby like boiled water, pressure cooker for khicdi.. Special thanks to Mohd Khan and Bahadur bhai

L ovation of hotel is very good hardly 5 minutes walk from main temple.Rooms are spacious and neat. Only cons are there is no provision of tea or any food.Overall a satisfactory experience.

It is highly expensive. Not worthy for Rs. *** per night for double bed room, it's actual cost is approximately Rs.600. Location is good, near to Dwarkadhish Temple (walking distance).

No cleanliness in the hotel, the condition of room is very bad. Layers of paint are falling from the ceiling, no service for hot water. Only salty water comes in the room.
