There is no rating below 1or I have given that...rooms are in pathetic condition and in Rs 1200, they were providing a 10x10 ft room without AC and charging an extra 1000 for AC room... hygiene is also compromised....worst stay ever.

Very bad service, Because a different type of room was provided than the room picture shown. Which was given a room which was less than the price of the booked room. Whose compensation I should get.
