This was an excellent stay. Both the owner and the caretaker are great people and very welcoming. The property is right on the beach, AC works well, beautiful view from rooms. It's a small property with no nonsense. There are no in house restaurant but you get swiggy, zomato services and there are a few local restaurants too. The caretaker will prepare tea for you if you request, such a nice guy - he washed my car without even asking him. I have a couple of suggestions for the owner - need a mini fridge and a mini gas or induction. it would be nice to be able to cook at night if needed.
