I reached the city at night and even after talking to the hotel guy several times, he did not come so that we could come inside. There was a lot of crowd in the city and due to the police barricade, the vehicle was allowed to enter only on the request of the hotel man. That's why we could not reach the hotel and did not stay in the hotel. Therefore requesting you to refund my booking amount.

behaviour of owner is nice . but room is very hot room they don't have attached bathroom. that is non AC room no ventilation in that room . I am not satisfied
