Shubham Hotel

Had a very bad experience at the hotel while checking in. Instead of one deluxe room and one executive room, they offered 2 executive rooms. The room was in very poor condition. The bathroom is not cleaned and the pot is yellow. you can see all the pictures attached of the room. There are black spots on the walls of whole room and even spider web in the room. Room stinks with cigarette smell. There is moss everywhere because of leakage. Even the blanket is torn. it's freezing cold here and there are no other options. When complained for not giving the deluxe room, they told that the room they allotted is the deluxe room and they don't have any empty rooms which they can offer in exchange. Not advisable for family as the rooms are not cleaned and totally unhygienic. People can get sick in this environment.

Dear Team, Thank you very much for causing feedback of customer, Actually it was my worst experience in life. Hotel was very dirty and the worker were also not well behaved ,when we reached the hotel and see the room, I literally got shocked...dirty room, dirty bed sheets, smelling badly so I requested the manager to arrange another neat and clean room and I found that most of the rooms were empty so he provided another room and we pay again for the same where as I had a booking already. in fact I was not aware of the terms of standard room . I thought that standard room was the best of all.

This Hotel is not a hotel service . Deluxe room size is 8x8 area. Service is hopeless.staff behavior is ruff dont want listen customer word. I have booking breakfast complimentary but with out breakfast we had check out.
