We paid for two nights and below was our experience.1. 20 minutes onboarding time where they asked for ID cards multiple times for no reason.2. In the room, there was no remote for AC and the Fan was not working. Later they gave the remote for AC3. Dont take room no. 101, 201, 301 otherwise the mountain view from your room will be completely blocked because of the front building.4. We ordered lunch at 3 PM and at 3:30 PM they told it will take 20 more minutes to cook the food.5. Wifi becomes extremely slow sometimes, so give it a pass if you are looking to do some office work from here as mobile internet is also bad here.6. Power cuts are very frequent in this area but blame is on electricity dept, I guess the hotel has a backup.7. There is no phone to call the reception or room service.8. Breakfast was written as 7:30 AM but it starts at 8:30, staff won't mention this to you until you go downstairs for breakfast.9. Cleanliness was fine and bathroom was good.Conclusion: This place is shoddily managed by less people and its not worth the money.

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Silver cloud and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. This place is situated in Nandi hills and still few under construction things are happening around. It's just a building with 2-3 floors and a small restaurant facing the swimming pool. There is nothing much to do in the hotel. The rooms are decent and clean. The housekeeping staff is very kind. I have not tried the food. I found the rates on a little higher side compared to the facilities provided that too on a Monday booking. But good for a one night stay if you're on a detour.

The stay was amazing. The room was amazing with all the amaenities one can expect. The room is having 3 large beds along with 4 balconies. All the balconies have sitout options. The TV provided had almost all the OTT subscription one cab expectm The home theatre was also very good. The view from the room is amazing. The only place where they have little scope of improvement, otherwise the stay was top notch along with the service provided. Spacious, pool, snooker table

not at all satisfied. 1st of all they called and suggested some other hotel as there was an electricity connection issue. 2nd at the other property they had not coordinated well in advance and it took nearly an hour to settle as the other hotel was asking price on a higher side with a difference of 1600. I don't understand why the customer should suffer due to hotel services and poor coordination. 2 stars are also much more

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Silver Winds in Nandi Hills! The hospitality was top-notch the sta ff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and a pleasant experience throughout. Truly deserving of a 5-star rating. The food here is absolutely delicious one of the best I've had in the area! Every dish was well-prepared and flavorful. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Nandi Hills.

Top notch expert, outstanding service, great view and amenities. Food service is a bit slow but not bad, the hotel staff try their best to provide hassle free experience to their customers. This has been a good experience for us. We stayed here on 6th April 2025. The staff are really friendly and helpful, Manager Punith KN Very excellent in his work. The food is great. Room is spacious and the view from the balcony is amazing. Overall a good experience at a reasonable price.

It's a calm and clean facility.... both sides views are good. One faces the road and the other side just one hill. The commodes could have been cleaner. Don't expect much on the Food options, however whatever is available is fairly ok. Rooms are a bit small, but cosy.

During our stay we had a bad experience, in the mid night someone is knocked our door, someone is pulling the door handle and trying to open the door.... It's really a horrible night..... Not recommended this hotel...

A decent hotel to stay but definitely not a 4 star property. The location is awesome. Food is decent enough and bit pricey. Staff are friendly. Only pathetic thing is bathroom cleanliness is lot to be improved
