The room was okay, but other than that, the service is not that good. The location details given are misleading. It is around 6 km from Dhanaulti (not 0). The owner never picks up the phone, so if you have to search for the hotel, its up to you and your map, so be careful. When asked for ID card, I furnished my driving licence but the guy insisted I give my Aadhar (which I did not anyway, mind you private enterprises cannot demand your Aadhar). One of the doors in the room opens to the common balcony, so be sure that door is shut, else anyone can (intentionally or unintentionally) enter your room through that door. Also, the phone in your room is useless, since room service will never respond to your call. You have to physically go to the counter and place your demand (food, room service). There was a glass pane over the door which was attached by cello-tape(yes, trust me),and it came crashing down during the storm that occurred in the evening. Had anyone been standing near the door, a major disaster could have taken place. Furthermore, as I was paying out, neither was the card machine working, nor would they tender the change (Had to pay 1200 or 1300, they wouldn't give change of 2000). The stars are just for the comfortable room and some decent food (however, don't order the Maggi, its a complete waste of money, you won't be able to eat it even forcibly), other than that, not much good to say I'm afraid. P.S. Once inside the room, only bsnl connection works (forget about internet). So, if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is a good option. If you are an internet buff, good luck then. However, just stepping outside the hotel will reconnect your network. Even one of the boys temporarily working there said we should have looked for a better option as owners like these are only concerned with the money..not the facilities they provide. So you can understand.

Pathetic experience, this hotel is made up of plywood, feels like it will fall anyhow with little faster wind. All night, we could not sleep due to the shaking of rooms, and the sounds of wind, the door on the staircase were banging the whole night because of the wind. Could not charge mobile, because the socket on the switchboard in the room was not working. The TV was not working. Very bad Tea and bread toast was served, which was paid extra. Only thing was that it had safe car parking. bad experience.

Very nice hotel. Very nice mountain and valley rooms from hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Staff is cooperative and humble. Food is very tasty. The rates are pocket friendly. Modern amenities are provided. We stayed in family cottage which can accomodate upto 12 people. The fun was doubled as the rates were low for the cottage. DJ and bonfire night is the best entertainment. Both veg and non veg food is available. Must visit at least once with family of friends.

Hotel staff was not ready to give us the deluxe rooms which we have booked through goibibo. After a long discussion with manager we got the rooms with no electricity. And again the manager told us to shift to standard rooms. Around 9pm we got the electricity fixed. After that the the washroom were not clean and amenities were not provided.
