Hotel Silver Sands

The Hotel was such a pain that I cannot even explain .... . But when I reached the Hotel, first they refuse about my booking and when I show them the booking they simply provide me room in another hotel .... . There the room I got was not well maintain and clean . The conversation with the silver sand hotel guy was not at all happy for him this thing was very normal . I was with my family and we were not able to sleep that night . I will not recommend this hotel and the red wood hotel to anyone. The silver sand guy had no sense to talk with their guests . From my point of view the experience was very horrible . I reached their at 10 pm and after that they were saying that we don't have any rooms even my room was already confirmed ........ The money was non refundable that's why the guy was saying again again for cancellation of room. They don't have value for others money and their image.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is humble and attends you nicely. But, when it comes to the price, i found the room a bit costly. Although you won't have any complains but usually such rooms are available at lower price..

This hotel is okay for the rate provided all hospitality and the cleanliness. It is very near to chandigarh airport. The staff also very friendly and curious always. I recommend to other for the rate provides to us.

Had a bad experience. Light wasnt there. They dont have a little senese that their customer would b felling hot. Worst hotel nd even the servicing people they dont have the manners how to talk
