Worst experience of life. At reception reception guy is laying on sofa and talking to customer like he is talking to Road side stranger. They said you have paid booking or else. If paid then they talk to other person and said no rooms available show him the basement one. And the basement room pics I have shared is the Servant room and afterwards they said we prefer local first so don't book any other means. For them customer is nothing.

Room was spacious but power cut for more than 2 hours and no backup. Problem in check-in due to paid booking. They insisted on paying cash at reception.
