The location was very easy to find and easily connected with E rickshaw. It's a 2 BHK apartment with attached bathroom. The rooms are very spacious, neat and clean as well. Kitchen has all necessary amenities. The host is very sweet and responsive The owner stays on 1st floor and the room is located on 2nd floor. You will get to see two lovely pets MAX and Gracy which will make you stay more memorable.

Stingy and rude behaviour. Lack of proper kitchen supplies and water supply. Low maintenance of the entire apartment (old dirty ceilings, smelly bedsheets, broken bathroom roof, jetspray doesn't work, TV doesn't work, etc.).Even though the space is huge, it's not a recommendable place.Moreover it's cheaper booking as they charge extra for using the kitchen if booked offline.

The location for the place was a little bit tricky, as we asked so many tomtom about the location and they couldn't recognise it. But the owner was nice enough to send help for us when we were unable to find the location. It was a nice stay. We really enjoyed it a lot and hope to visit it again when we arrive at tezpur.

Owner is nice, helpful and cooperative. The property is very basic and is on the 2nd floor (no lift). Its a big 3BHK apartment but 2 BR are only usable. Bathroom with no lock and No geyser present and very low water pressure in the taps. Lots of ants on the floor. No wifi connection.

Best place to stay in Tezpur. Homely environment, genuine service, safe and secure, and the hospitality is beyond words. I will surely recommend the place. A very good experience staying at Sky Garden Homestay.
