SPOT ON Hotel O Crown Continental

Genuine Review AheadI booked for 2 nights from 23-25 may but i intended to check in very early on 24 and i informed the hotel in advance. on reaching there early morning, I was told that they are not aware of any booking even though I had already paid. They made me wait in the tiny lobby/passage way saying no room was available while they provided rooms to walk-ins who were being brought in by auto drivers and other. When they finally gave me a room it was so bad broken fridge, broken phone, no toiletries, front door key wouldn't fit.Bonus - pile of garbage under the bed and hair in your pillows

1) property location is not correct.you have to spend extra 30-40 minutes if you don't know the exact location.2) does not give property contact number.it will become hectic if you are with family and came in early morning.3) after reaching at property, staff told me that we not have any booking in your name. all rooms are full.4)after waiting 20 minutes more they confirmed and give 1 room which was not clean. 5) Air conditioner is very old and working very slow.6) toilet was very dirty.

The room was dirty and unhygienic. The AC was not working and in the morning I saw the mouse had damaged my bag. I had to pay an extra 12% service charge while checkout but when I asked for a bottle of water, they charged 30 rs for a 20rs water bottle. And yeah shower was not working too

behaviour of recipient, there is no rules are there mentioned ( two female and one male ) cannot be in one room 😡😡,those who came with a family, how they can stay here? , totally harassment of guests, and refund also not given by them .
