it's a very nice resort. Just opposite to the Morjim Beach. Lush green property with a well maintained Swimming Pool in the middle. The Coconut trees makes this resort all the more beautiful. They have a bar cum restaurant as well, where you can order (all kind of) delicious food at very reasonable prices. They will serve at the pool as well, if you wish to. On the top of it, the street has some really good Indian and Russian Cafes (my.pick would be "Trip Cafe" and "Chia Lounge"), which serve great food and beverages. Lastly, the staff is very cooperative, helpful and welcoming (Especially Chandan, Arvind and Shahadat). They are always there to help you with anything to everything. I would love to come back and stay at this resort again.

PROs - 2 mins walking distance from the beach - In-house Yoga/meditation facility - Polite and courteous staff - Quite and peaceful property**** Sloooow service (Had to personally walk to the kitchen 40 mins after the placing the order to find out it never got to the cooking stage! They finally served another 30 mins later, but got the order wrong!) - Wi-fi only worked in short patches. It was largely dysfunctional throughout my 4 days stay Overall, I would recommend this place.

Its simple and good, i would rather say its more for a middle age + group, for ppl who love massage and probably want to enjoy kerala in Goa .... not bad at all and definetly worth what you are paying for. so yes good staff clean toilets good bed but an akward smell of message oils in some rooms or may be high moisture so its overall a 4*.

Its a bit far off from panjim but the rooms are really big. Since lots if greenery so insects will be there. The best part is that you come out of reaort and can jump to beach. Its hardly 100metrrs away. All russian crowd was there. Its a calm place.
