Location, staff service, cleanliness are great. Lift was useful. Meals at their restaurant was good. Bed and AC was comfortable. Entrance to underground parking was so steep and limited to ~6 cars or so. Road is broader so roadside parking is possible. When we were there (March 2025) some renovation work was going on at 3rd or 4th floors. Drilling noise was so disturbing us (we stayed in 2nd floor) and spoiled our sleep during afternoon time. They must consider stopping the work during guests rest time between 2pm till 5pm. Staff did help us after we requested to stop the drill work. They charged for breakfast but closed their kitchen for cleaning in the morning. Only when we asked they offered to bring food from outside restauarant on our request. Overall, its a good stay but they can improve the customer experience proactively such as fixing the broken tap, noise controlling etc.

It was a miserable stay at GPS on 21 & 22 August 2023. The following are my observations:- dead insects are seen on the floor.- full of mosquitoes in room.- no window screen , open to all. Given room is on the road side. A white bed spread is half covered.- no hot water supply - shower not working - no bed sheets provided - no phone inside the room to call the counter.I felt the the room is not worth even Rs 1000 in MantralayaFinal conclusion- Very Bad experience.wasted our money. We expect a decent stay at night which we couldn’t.Not worth

We have arrived at 4pm but no one was there to greet us not only for us for others also none were to greet. No luggage support to carry to our room. Reception one lady was there and she was answering all very patiently. In Room, there were mo shower towels when asked they said all are over. No room service, no internet though they give password. There were misquotes and small insects inside the room. Since the hotel is fairly new (1 years old), hygiene and cleanliness was maintained okey. It was okey okey

Stay was good, Free parking space in basement, Rooms and attach toilets are hygienic, Have lift access from basement parking, attach restaurant, food taste was very good, 24hr hot water facility, No room service facility, walkable distance to temple, over all good and affordable hotel to stay in mantralayam.

Extremely disappointed with the booking.Poor maintenance, AC was not working, no AC remote provided even after calling them multiple times, no room service, no towels provided .Only positivity is room is bit clean.Not comfortable since AC wasn't working, bed sheets wasn't very clean

Wonderful experience! Great hospitality. Very good food. Definitely try their restaurant. Hot water was available all the time Basement parking Spacious and neat rooms
