No room service .No lift.They give us room at 3rd floor.very bad hotel.It is not a residency it is a lodge which is also maintain in sign board.

Sorry to say very bad experience. Booked a AC deluxe room. AC not working properly, Room not cleaned, TV is from 1940, Bathroom not cleaned. Overall very bad. Better to book a room in Srinivasm complex just in front of hotel economical and nice. Or chose a 4 star hotel with little more expense.

I stay in hotel is very worst experience whether i select hotel because its go certified. 1. one towel and soap per room 2. hot water not provided even room phon also not working. 3. after very bad service manager ask for give tip just horrible. 4. staff not helpful 5. even mineral water also collected my friend from reception.😢

The hotel is good to stat but only the problem that i face is their room service is very poor. They not even listen to their customers and when i try to call at reception they ignored the phone quite times. overall wise it is not so good but for one or two days is good to stay at hotel.

it's too far to transport main disadvantage and also maintenance is very bad the bed is very dirty oil marks bad smell coming am not taking about bedsheets because am not use it no one use it, they are not provide bath towel for me others I don't know they said me towels sending for wash better to stay in footpath you have a peace of mind, bath room also dirty marks but not so bad OK for budget, tip not only room boys recipienist also asking tip but not giving because room cleaning, it's located opposite to srinivasam complex 1000 times better

This hotel is located near to RTC Bus Stand(Walk distance) as well as very much accessible to Bus Stand and railway station. However, Inside the hotel need to be improved a little. The hotel staff was very polite and they allowed let me do an early check in as early as 5 hours prior to my actual check in time which is highly appreciated- Thank Q so much to the Sree Vaibhav Residency Team and management. The hot water facility is good. The major thing is staff is very good and polite. Finally, the stay was good. There is no car parking in the hotel.

Hotel is opposite to Srinivasan guest house from where you can get tickets for special darshan.Hotel is about 1.5km from Tirupati station.Buses are also available to reach to tirumala near hotel.Around hotel bf,meals are available easily.

hotel was good...staff behaviour also nice .like frndly nature... good management..nice and clean rooms we book 3room for 6 member but management allowed 7 member without any extra charges.. good management
