Poor service. Hot water was not available at a common time of about 7 or 8 am. When asked they said others would have used it. I stayed for 3 days, Room not cleaned or swept, bedsheet not changed for 3 days inspite of frequent reminders. On top of that I cant believe staff asking for tip saying they have kept the toilet bathroom clean, which I didnt feel. I couldn't say no, so I gave 20 Rs, again they started arguing that its too less, others have given her 100 Rs. Firstly I have paid almost ₹3500 for a three days stay. My checkout was at 12 in the night and I had already paid the rent for extra 12 hours till 12 PM the next day whereas there was no one to stay, however, still that was paid because they have a policy of checkin or checkout at 12 pm, in spite of that staff asking a tip for not providing basic services of hygiene or cleanliness at all, by not changing the bed sheet or mot sweeping, no hot water, and asking extra even by not giving basic facilities I feel is unprofessional and not a good sign of customer service. I hated the stay and has no value for money. While booking i had already mentioned husband wife with 2 children so they should arrange accordingly, but when we asked for extra bed, only extra bed was given without bed-sheet for the extra 2 beds. Inspite of asking multiple times it was not, when asked some time before checkout they said we had kept at your room you should have taken it. Very Pathetic. No value for money. Could have found another place for same amount spent.

very co.fortable stay. clean room and toilet. hot water is provided. all basic amenities like hot water kettle, tea set, tooth brush and soap provided. comfortable stay. very helpful reception staff.

very nice stay,will always book stay at this same hotel in future also, really good people and good stay, worth money

Location is good, Clean & Neat Rooms but No Info about Check in out Door Lock Problem to all rooms
