very poor experience and not at all satisfied with the service. I have booked a Suit room and it doesn't have a TV service, water not coming from taps no hot water geyser not working. no service boys as well. one person trying to manage entire hotel, not able to service all.

for a remote location like Ramagundam Sritara Hotel is the best option for stay, especially if u r visiting NTPC, service also very quick, room tariff is bit high but justified Rooms are clean & spacious.

The room cleanliness was pathetic. Full of cockroach and dirty bathrooms. This rooms are not at all advisable for such high rates.
