I personally request to team please remove this hotel from your booking list because the reception by is taken Rs.300 extra for early check in I book it is hotel because of there is a 24 hours early check in available and I select time 8:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. because I am travelling with my family and I reach early in the hotel I don't have another option that's why I paid extra amount I request to all the people who is looking to book these hotel please don't book this hotel they have already empty rooms but they didn't give me they told me do whatever you want you have to call customer care you can call ,if you need early check in the you have to pay the amount , and one more thing hotel sriveda and hotel regal both are same one hotel 2 name.

Horrible Hotel.They don't allow Flexible Checkin.Rooms were not cleaned.Water, Bath Towel were not given unless asked for.TV was not recharged. Broken toilets cover, broken toilet doors and door lock. Broken geyser. My family with senior citizen and kid was to wait for an hour to get the check in. After intervention of GoIbibo they allowed check in on temporary basis. Not recommend anyone to stay in this Hotel.

very very good experience.. nice hotel excellent room neat and clean with full service.. upon requesting they provided early check in and late check out also without any extra pay.. very very good experience. recommend to all , new in this hyderbad city

complimentary breakfast was not good other things ok. located in central hyderbad from where u can reach famous destinations around 2-10 km each. 25 km from Airport.
