very nice hotel.. but bathrooms to be maintained hygiene and bedsheets to be provided clean. remaining all okay. food and coffee ordered is very late upto 1-2 hours delay of coffee. my room was locked by itself and card was not working and the staff said problem in computer but the problem is not resolved for 2 days. i have been waiting outside of room for few hours. should improve a lot in maintaining rooms.

the property was good but even they are are not givng single bottle also complementray there is no breakfast and towles are not good, I checked in property at 09:30pm but the people in the reception open my room with master card and iam in the room this is not at all looking good

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown ..location @ lingampally.

Stay in hotel was good. Some facilities were fine but Water is paid and for every food order they were asking for instant payment. So thats not a good thing. It was somehow irritating

It was a nice stay. Staff is courteous and polite. Rooms are clean spacious. Washroom is also good. Only thing that needs to be improved is the towel and bed linens.
