very bad experience.... will not recommend No Bell Boy to carry luggage to your room as we had to carry ourselves to 3rd floor. Rooms were not so good, no extra bedding was available with them. They provided only 1 bath towel for 3 person in a room. The person who was managing the hotel told hotel is full so we can not provide you. as we had booked 4 rooms for 12 person and he provided only 4 towels

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. staff will receive as like family members.staff will feel like "athidhi deva baava"They went over and beyond to help make my stay healthy and enjoyable, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jamnagar.
