It was bad there were power cuts for 3 times in our particular Villa and AC,fridge were not working and after they got them repaired water leaked from them everywhere the only good thing was food was great.

Quite far from the reception. you got to walk a lot. Service boy takes lot of time. Management is stringent to rules and you got to remind the. for everything. Inside canteen is very costly serves water bottle for 50 rup3.

Actually I have booked Kerala Cottage due to its unavailability as promised they have arranged me villa. I was very much happy as villa is too big. It's a lovely time being in summer green resort. Wonderful experience this time.

It's best located hotel near BITS HYDERABAD . On main road near Thumukuntha. So connectivity via bus and auto is taken care. Morever no compromise on quality of rooms, service and food.
