stay at Gen X was a great experience. The staff was courteous and helpful and the best part was they were extremely polite in behaviour. On 13th morning at buffet breakfast the lady at the buffet counter was really wonderful as she made the ambience homely.

A good hotel to stay at Haldwani at reasonable rate. This hotel location is very good and nearer to bus stand and railway station about 1.5 km walkable distance. Quality of food is also very good and tasty.
