Worst reception, the people in the reception always have to be waken up for any thing. No professionalism. The taps in the washrooms of 102 are not working...have to carry hot water from other rooms. The staff provides a single towel in the room of two people with double occupancy...when we asked for other, the response is Pathetic..Policy does not allow them to give 2 towels..awkward.

very bad. tha ac Wasn't working. there was no mobile network. plus the flush wasn't good. the switches were not working properly. no facilities in the room too.
