I wouldn't have given 1 star also. I traveled alone only. So I booked an affordable room, since ot was a night stay over only. Firstly, the office person denied checkin and asked extra money ( rs booking amount + 400 rs extra). But i paid and demanded for Bill. The office person took my mail id and it has been almost month now till now no reply. And the hotel is also not responsive. And secondly the room condition was extremely bad. Lots of insects in bathroom. You can check the photos for the exact status of the room.

With my family I stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The room was clean though the same is not spacious. AC was working. The location of hotel is good as it is very close to service road of national highway. We were able to park our vehicle at the hotel compound though the parking space is not spacious. Staff were coperative.

The hotel manager denied booking and asked me for extra cash ( I already booked and paid the full amount ).At the same time i contacted the customer care they held my call half an hour after that they told the concerned person not available. I have no other option so i had paid the extra money to the hotel.

very close to kazhakoottam town. stayed for 2 nights. pros: friendly staff budget stay cons: only 2 cars can be parked inside ac was not working in the room which i got first day. I didn't complained about that. se ond day they changed the room where the ac was working properly.

Not at all good, very bad stay which I ever had. 2 people can't afford in one room, car parking is very congusted.
