Hotel BB Grand Agra was not good at all...ac was not working i requested the hotel staff to change the room then he denied..even though the hotel room was not occupied....whole night even in the night when I was sleeping then some one came to my room to steal purpose. when I complained to the hotel manager to check the cctv camera then he denied. I asked him to give the hotel owner number then also refused. very disappointed with Goibibo. even I try to connect with customer care of Goibibo so unable to connect Not happy with Goibibo customer service... Unable to connect all the time busy or try later

it was very bad experience, i booked with breakfast, no breakfast was given , lift was not working, my room was on 3rd floor, calls were not picked, washroom was so dirty
