I have booked 2 suites rooms that is not worth the money, Pls note if you are going to book this hotel don't even think of you can book1) no light in the hotel 2) no food 3) no room service 4) wifi connection can't even play a video 5) there is no one to take care of the customer 6) leakages in the room ( suite room ) you can guess thn what will be the condition of other rooms 7) no hot water 8) blankets and bedsheets are extremely in poor condition 9) noises of winds in room because windows are broken 10) at last everything is not worth the rupees room I have booked I checkout on the next day becuase in mu family nobody is liking that nd we have wasted 2 days booking, I can only say don't ever go to this property, i had my worst experience I have been to all over India bt never seen this kind of hotel that charges like a 3 star hotel and the service is just like a home stay where you have to get everything.Writing all this bcoz dont want others to suffer.

Overall the experience was good, one advice do confirm with them once regarding the room since they had shifted us to non balcony ones even after paying for balcony. Wifi was not strong enough in our room and food was average too. But since there's no restrictions overall experience was comfortable since this location is between mahabaleshwar and panchgani.
