good infrastructure but bad maintenance, untrained old staffs. 1st reservation was for super deluxe they offered regular standard room need to wait long and demand the room booked, still they in old age of booking in big note book, lift not working will not get rectified till i check out today. ac was not working, house keeping staffs not trained primitive old age way of functioning. i have stayed 2 years ago and was good now not a good property just for maintenance but infrastructure rooms and toilet are good. A good property to take over by any corporate and make it big profit just by effective management.

The stay in Hotel thaai was amazing. many nearby attractions including temples and a car meuseum, zoo park. Just opposite to railway station. very neat rooms are reasonable cost. Recommend to everyone. Yeah, the reception was very good also provided contact for guided tours to roam the city. overall a very good hotel with restaurant down serves very good food.

opp to Railway station, excellent room,nice and helpful staff especially Mr Satya helped me out of the way in getting my boarding pass and arrange taxi for airport for my emergency to come home after cancelling my train ticket.good veg restaurant,I stayed with my wife had a homely safe stay.

excellent stay and service. i had booked a twin bed initially. staff upgraded to a larger room since it was available.reception staff were very friendly including housekeeping and room service!room was very clean with all necessary amenities! thanks so much ππ

Please dont opt this hotel for stay. Very dirty rooms, ac is not working. very bad behaviour of staffs. totally waste. a very good day ruined after stay here. no amenties vere provide. when we book they show wi fi, kettle, dental kit but nothing is there. π€¬

worst possible hotel in a dilapidated condition. one of the icons of old Coimbatore is a mere skeleton of it. dirty rooms, poor room service ( people are good) not updated enough. being a hard core Coimbatorean hurts to see this gem in a dirty condition.

Nice location calm place in the heart of the city . Complementary water bottle not provided , no lights in the bathroom but they offerd for another room in the night but avoided due to uncomfortable overall good

The location is superb. Bang opposite to railway station. Plenty of restaurants near by. The hotel has an in-house bar for winding down. The staff are extremely polite, courteous and helpful. Highly recommended

Service staff were grim faced. Had to visit reception multiple times to remind our room service requests, including drinking water bottles. Overall an old facility, shabbily maintained.
