Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the view from the room’s balcony was beautiful, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest letdown was the service and food. The breakfast was below average, with very few options and poor quality. Even the food from the restaurant was not good at all. The service was equally bad—staff seemed uninterested, and requests took ages to be fulfilled. Another major issue was cleanliness. The room was not cleaned properly, and to make things worse, there were mosquitoes in the room, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Also our tv was not working on day one. I mean how u could not check whether tv is working or not before allotting the eoo Overall, apart from the scenic view, the stay was far from pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their food, service, and hygiene.

Except for the View ( From corner 3rd floor since thats where we stayed ) - there is nothing else in this hotel. Not worth the money you spend at all. Rooms were not clean at all. AC does not work well for such a big room. Fan is dirty. Water leaking from the ceiling. Balcony full of monkey poop and cigaratte poop. The floors are full of stains which you cant clean. There is lot of glass in the room which is not clean again and lot of heat in the room. A small research can tell how to mitigate such things. Owners should not take customers for granted. I think they are OK with it since there are ppl taking it for the view. This is just a building with lot of rooms which are not designed from a hotel perspective. I would say this is just a glorified lodge. There is a lot of potential though given the location. I will not be returning for sure.

Cliff Edge Hotel looks wholesome and inviting in online photos—and in some ways, it lives up to that promise. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the stunning view—absolutely breathtaking and the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. That said, the location might come as a surprise. It's more remote than expected, so be prepared for a bit of a trek or unexpected route. The staff at the reception are warm, polite, and very helpful, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. However, the breakfast experience was quite disappointing—bland options and poor quality, definitely an area that needs serious improvement. Overall, it's a cozy, pay-for-the-view kind of stay. If you're looking for serenity and scenic beauty and don’t mind compromising on food and easy accessibility, this place delivers. I came with my sister so all in all good.

To start with the location of the hotel is thru a very narrow broken road. If you are driving your own car, it pinches you. The parking is at the top of the hotel and sufficient for 8 cars if parked properly. The Reception was basic and the room was also basic. There was no wardrobe and other basic amenities for the kind of amount we paid. The water bottles that were kept were not sealed bottles but refilled glass bottles. Even the glasses kept were of plastic. The curtains on the windows were too narrow and could not cover the entire window. Instead of 2 curtains, 4 were required. The bathroom fittings were good. The view from the balcony was good too.

Excellent Location: Breathe taking view if you choose ur room correctly Staff is great n quick Food is great Rooms are good in size , Basic amenities in room missing. Linens, Towels needs replacement though it is cleaned. Room floors are dirty n needs make over. Glass needs to be cleaned for the view. Breakfast : Needs improvement, though food is good. Overall rating: 6.5/ 10

The stay experience has been pathetic in terms of the cleanliness of the room, it is the most premium room in the resort yet so dirty- roof is leaking found bedbug on the bed and floor completely sticky and balcony has lot of insects - only the staff is polite but there is no other significant service that is provided with amount that they are charging! Terrible experience

Stay was awesome. Good and wide rooms. Staffs are well behaved, Foods served to rooms quick than expected time and hot too. Morning breakfast is decent. Perfect stay for families. Mind-blowing nature scene from hotel balcony. Hassle free booking, thanks to Goibibo and The Cliff Edge team.

The rooms are very comfortable and the people are good and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast is very good and not just for the sake. The view from the terrace is beautiful. If you want a good view from your room, don't book the rooms on ground floor.

Hotel Stay was good, Rooms were spacious, Food was also very good. Maintenance of hotel infrastructure is a matter of concern due to location and moisture. Approach road was in bad condition and little confusing due no sign boards at all.

it has a good property but location is bit downhill. property is not properly maintained and service is below par. breakfast does not have food variety and quality, taste is below average. it's not worth as compared to other options.
