staff behavior is very rude, food is very much costly as per hotel and even they provide us 3 no extra towels and in the time of check out they claim 5 no of towel. my point of view it's was very wrost experience for me. I never recommend any one for this hotel

The staff was rude. And they treat differently to a customer who has booked the hotel room online. They used to give the worst room to online booking. cleaning was a big issue. room was very small and walls and wall papers wore dirty and tired.

There was no WiFi. I booked the hotel only because it said it had WiFi. But it was false and it hampered my work by a lot! Other than that all were good.

The hotel starts from the 2nd floor and there are no lifts All rooms don't have a hill view. Food is very costly. Otherwise Ok.
