We had a stay at Citrus Benguluru for 2 nights in June 2022. Our stay there was really memorable, everything well at place like a Professional and with perfection. Less than 2 minutes checkin, earliest possible transfer of luggages in room, perfectly arranged room (full points to house keeping), Great Room Service, Lovely Frontdesk, Very well planned rooftop restaurant, curteous staffs. Everything from entry to exit was very well planned like a Perfect Professional. A 5 on 5 for this Hotel. Would love to stay here again and again when in Benguluru.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at Citrus and it was a great experience once again. The staff is friendly, the place is hygienic, and follows all COVID protocol. The housekeeping is great, a special cheer to Mr Laltu for his services and keeping up with our demands with a smiling face :) The place is highly recommended for both short term and long term stay.
