It was a pathetic experience in Happy Tel Homestay. The property does not have basic cleanliness and hygiene were below standard. ( Wall Fan) so much dust settled on it. As if not cleaned from ages. The washroom doors and windows did not have proper safety. It was very uncomfortable for the family to use The bed was very shady and not cleaned. The cotton of the bed was seen. Very uncomfortable bed. I mean i have never seen such a disgusting bed in a homestay. The window adjacent to the bed was very scary and unsafe as it did not have any protecting grill. It was highly unsafe for kids. The property did not have the TV installed in the room. They did not provide the house keeping facilities throughout my stay. Overall, I request to take a strong cognizance of this property and delist it. Happy tel is making a fool of us and they are only focused on minting money. Happy Tel Homestay wire, sockets were unsafe and prone to getting electrocuted.
