The staff that was present were not welcoming at all, they were sweet to talk to. but the last seemed so strict. they were caught up with the construction work. although, accomodating, as we requested them allow us to stay after our check out as our bus got postponed but the approach could've been more friendly. first impression is that last impression, I don't think if go back here given an option. room wise - hats off to staff that clean the room, well maintained rooms. but hot water and flow of water in the tub tap is an issue. no mirror or table in the room, this is a must! rest everything was good. I hope they improve and do wonders! good wishes to them. facilities - the tub was a surprise!

Horrible experience!The property is on the road, and there is no onsite parking space. They asked us to park on the road. The rooms are small and shabby, and the washroom stinks. No staff to attend you. The property claims that they are 110 mtrs from Palolem Beach, which is absolute and utter nonsense. The beach is 1.8 kms from this property. the property manager, was extremely rude and said that he could tell us where to find whatever beach we were looking for. The experience was so bad that we decided to checkout immediately, without even any refund.
