THE LOTUS BOUTIQUE HOTEL

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. There was no person to help with the luggage even though I stayed here with my family inclusive of two senior citizens. The bathroom had moulds. The floor of the room was dirty. There were oil marks on the bedsheet. There was no toiletries provided and we had to call them thrice to get it done. Inspite of repeatedly calling the reception and going there personally to ask for an extra bed, the management dumped a mattress without making the bed. There were no water bottles and we had to ask them several times to get it. There was no parking space as well and it was more like 'park at your own risk' than 'free parking'. The food was pathetic and tasted stale. The receptionist was a total ...as he didn't treat or welcome the guest. Overall, this hotel experience was so bad, I'd recommend no one to stay here. We were supposed to be booked for three nights but the room and service was so bad that we checked out after a night itself. I really hope they understand the definition of the word 'boutique hotel' rather than coming up with any darn word they find off the dictionary.

One of the bad stays I had in recent times. cons:1. The management gave a Non AC room in the first place, which I paid for. after check in, i complained and they gave an ac room.2. There was cigarette smell in the room. 3. Bathroom was having leaking taps.4. pillows were not clean5. Parking is a mess6. TV s there, but not recharged for channels 😀7. 24 hours hot water is not there.Pros:only one thing I noticed good is the location. it's on main road and easily reachable. i was outside most of the time during the stay, as me and my partner didn't like the rooms and facilities.

The Hotel was pathetic. Absolutely unheigenic, Messy room, messy bathtowels with stains, Non-functional ACs and Televisions, Unsanitary bathrooms.As there were no details provided about the amenities of this room, we had to check in to a non AC room. Then we requested the hotel to provide us an AC and agreed to pay more. They changed our room twice. Both rooms had ACs which were non functional.Then we had to change our room for the third time and come back to the room that we had checked in initially.

Real bad experience. I booked through phone and talked to someone named Reezwan (not sure about the spelling), they told they will provide driver accommodation but when my parents reached there they clearly denied that. Also they told their check-in check-out time is not 12pm which was confirmed over phone. So be careful when you make a booking cause they will say something over phone but the reality is something else.
