Beautiful resort! Amazing hospitality experience. Staff is polite and helpful. Mr. Narendra who brings food to serve is an amazing person. Mr. Bhuvan and his entire reception staff are good people. Even Gardener bhaiya is a polite person. Only thing is this property is located close to high court road and nearby resorts are The Naini Retreat and Aroma, also Reddison Blue(Namah). Photos I attached include Premium Heritage room, valley view, lake view, entrance etc. This property is on a height so people who has issues while walking uphill or down hill can take scooty/bike on rent paying 600 INR daily. Full marks to resort!

Great experience, well maintained resort. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Clean room and linings. Resort is located on a hill top which makes it tedious to come by your personal car. Better to call the resort for direction if bringing your vehicle. Well maintained rooms. Food was awesome especially breakfast. View from the property was mesmerizing.You get to enjoy naini lake from terrace.

Amazing Stay! Liked the ambience snd peace. Staff and owner is exceptionally nice. Good Hospitality. Would live to stay here again. They have cab facility to pick back from mall road. 5-10 minutes walk to mall road. We were expecting buffet breakfast but their restaurant is not yet ready. So they did serve all the options to us from their kitchen. In all a satisfactory stay.

The property was beautiful. Especially the staff was very polite and hospitable. The room was very very spacious. The interiors were amazing. Also one can experience looking at the scenic beauty of the naini lake from various points at the property. The trek to tiffin top was also at a walking distance from the hotel which is another good thing.

it's over pricey the rooms are not good as they are shown in pictures no pick up and drop service as this is about 4 km away from mall road the breakfast was pathetic no choice in breakfast they have no restaurant they serve you in room i would recommend this to people but not at this price even i paid 500 to change the room

These is the best place to stay in Nainital. The staff is very helpful and courteus, specially Lalit ji - who served us so well. It was a wonderful experience.. This is a perfect place for family outings it is just near by to mall road, we had a track of hardly 5 mins. and we were there in the city.

hotel location is far away from Lake and difficult to reach through sharp turns at hilly area. food is good staff is good room is not like star property,, room is not as per picture.
